      • To Change your value and metric in which you assess your values are as simple as choosing to give a fuck about something else. It\u2019s simple, not easy.
        •  you will feel like shit. It\u2019s normal. You will feel like a failure. It\u2019s uncomfortable.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
        • \u201cThe more something threatens your identity, the more you will avoid it\u201d<\/li>
        • Question yourself:
          •  what if I\u2019m wrong?<\/li>
          •  what would it mean if I am wrong? Would it hurt others?<\/li>
          •  would bring wrong create a better or a worse problem than my current situation, for both myself and others?<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • You don\u2019t know what you\u2019re doing so there\u2019s nothing to lose ever.<\/li>
          • Action \u2014> inspiration \u2014> motivation<\/li>
          • Healthy relationships: ppl solve their own problems and feel good about each other. Nobody needs to solve someone else\u2019s problem<\/li>
          • Facing death in the face is what is needed to feel alive.<\/li>
          • WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE so if we accept that fact, then it becomes a light for our live in order to live fully<\/li>
          • Death is the only certain thing in our lives so that becomes the compass.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
